Employee Wellness: Building Health and Resiliency
Educators and staff in school settings are vulnerable to work-related stress and burn-out. This session will provide you with statistics, tangible ideas, and resources on how to increase staff wellness to promote healthy behaviors and increased productivity. 1. Describe the current state of school employee mental and physical health • 2. List the benefits of school employee-centered wellness programs for employees’ physical and mental health • 3. Identify strategies that schools can use to bolster their current wellness programs

Learn about resources available in the community to support your nutrition program and ways to amplify your voice in the fight to ensure all kids are fed.

Be able to develop policies and resources about food allergies and intolerances to use and apply in their school district for both classroom and Health Services staff
